Who is Yogabriel?

As a yoga and Pilates teacher, trainer and yoga therapist, I am interested in how I can help people to develop further.

Even and especially in challenging times, yoga can offer valuable support on the individual journey to inner balance and well-being. Through the practice of yoga, we can learn to reconnect with our inner self, calm our thoughts and regulate our emotions. In this way, we can rediscover ourselves in the midst of hectic everyday life and strengthen our mental and emotional health.

In times of digitalization and constant change, it is particularly important to me to help participants not only to cope with external influences, but also to recognize and rediscover the deep-rooted origin of their health within themselves. Because in a world that is often characterized by external stimuli and stress, it is easy to lose touch with our mental and spiritual health.

Yoga is far more than just a physical exercise; it is a holistic practice that connects body, mind and soul and helps us to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our needs. By getting on the yoga mat, we go on a journey to ourselves and can rediscover the sources of our health and well-being.

In my yoga studio, which I opened in 2006, I experience completely different personalities every day. This makes yoga practice very exciting. It opens up and explores people's individual and social resources and enables a positive health experience. My many years of experience are reflected in my daily teaching activities, i.e. leading groups, organizing seminars and retreats as well as in individual therapy.
